UC Davis Medical Center Tower

Faced with a combination of recalcitrant sub-contractors and a rapidly shrinking construction schedule, the Facilities staff at U.C. Davis Medical Center turned to Hohbach-Lewin to provide seismic bracing solutions and to obtain OSHPD approvals for all suspended mechanical and HVAC systems, as well as anchorage of all medical equipment in this new 900,000 square foot thirteen-story facility.
