The Nel Permanent Supportive Housing

Hohbach-Lewin had the privilege to provide structural engineering design services on The Nel Supportive Housing project located in downtown Eugene. This 45 unit permanent supportive housing complex is dedicated to serving individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, providing a much needed resource for those in need. The ground floor freatures on-site supportive services and common areas for residents, fostering a sense of community and providing essential resources for residents in their journey toward greater stability.

We are honored to have been a part of this important project that not only serves a crucial need in our community, it was also designed with sustainability in mind receiving the Earth Advantage Platinum Certification for its sustainable design features.
