The Myrtlewood

The Myrtlewood is a four-story wood framed building consisting of 35 one-bedroom units of affordable housing in downtown Springfield. The units are designed for households earning 50% or less of the area median income. Several units are slated for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and they provide services for all residents to promote health and wellness, self-sufficiency and build a sense of community among residents. Amenities include an outdoor patio, community room, kitchen, and laundry services. The project was built meeting Earth Advantage Certification.
