Royal Mixed-Use Building

This complex includes four levels of wood-framed housing and community space supported by a second-story post-tensioned concrete podium. The ground floor space is retail. The development provided an environmentally conscious solution to affordable housing by locating the Royal Building in the heart of downtown where the main transit hub encourages urban density and foot traffic.
