Nut Tree Retail Center
Vacaville, California
This 325,000 square foot retail and office “power center” sits on 30 acres where the renowned Nut Tree road stop previously stood. Building construction types consist of concrete tilt-up panels, steel moment frames and wood frames and wood framed shearwall structures. Due to the demanding schedule and scale of this project, Hohbach-Lewin worked closely with the owner, architect and general contractor from groundbreaking in September 2005 to ensure completion of the project by Fall of 2006.
