Kevin Morton, with over 20 years of experience in structural engineering, has served as the structural engineer of record for the design and construction of retail centers, office complexes, multi-unit residential projects and custom homes. He has significant expertise in the structural design of mixed-use facilities that integrate housing and commercial use. In addition, he works with building owners in evaluation of existing buildings including seismic risk and building façade evaluation.
Mr. Morton earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Science degree in structural engineering from Stanford University. Mr. Morton is an active member of the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California having served on the board of directors and chaired the seismology committee.
