Cupertino Town CenterCupertino Main Street Office Buildings – Two adjacent, four-story, steel framed buildings at 130,000 SF each, constructed in 2012. The buildings’ seismic lateral force resisting system consist of Special Concentric Braced frames located at the building cores working in conjunction with perimeter Special Moment Frames. Both buildings are now fully leased by Apple.
Hohbach-Lewin provided structural engineering design services for the entire project which also included a seven-story, post tensioned parking garage and multiple steel framed (120,000 SF) one and two-story retail structures. The project architect was KRP Architects (Mountain View); The project developer was Sandhill Properties.
