Bayview Heights Affordable and Veterans Housing
Eureka, California
Bayview Heights is a three-story 47,000sf wood framed building that provides permanent supportive housing for individuals and veterans in Eureka California. This facility includes 50 affordable housing units that provide direct access to essential social services on the ground floor. These services allow the Veterans Administration to assist residents with case menagement, behavioural health treatment and job placement.
Bayview Heights building amenities include a rooftop community garden and courtyard and was designed to green building standards that includes rooftop PV panels providing on-site power with the goal of net-zero energy.
