Villa Siena Skilled Nursing Facility

Hohbach-Lewin, Inc. and Barker Associates had completed the design, and now Devcon Construction has begun construction of this new $20M expansion to the Mountain View Villa Siena Senior Housing Facility and Central Plant. The expansion includes a new 65,000 SF two-story, wood framed assisted Living Center, a 20,000 SF 30-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and a new Central Plant which will ultimately service the entire campus.

Both the Skilled Nursing Facility and the Central Plant are under the jurisdiction of OSHPD; the Assisted Living Facility is regulated by the city of Mountain View building department. The new Assisted Living Center includes the first floor cafeteria dining and a basement level that houses both a full service kitchen and large laundry facility.
