This Asian influenced home includes 5000 sf with a partial basement. Special steel frames were designed to cantilever the heavy roof framing and allow for a set of folding exterior corner window doors. Our scope also included the design of the large koi pond.

This custom house on a five-acre lot above downtown Saratoga includes a 14,000 square-foot partially stone clad main house, a gazebo, a carport, and an entertainment pavilion. The main house has dramatic ceilings with elaborate wood trusses.
This two-story custom home is 8500 sf and includes a full basement. The exterior Architectural design is Mediterranean, but the owners requested the interior be designed with an Indian flavor. Thick walls, arches, and Indian Icons are present throughout the homes interior.
This 9000 square foot custom home is three levels, with one level partially below grade. This home features a two-story mahogany library with a spiral stair connecting the levels. The open floor plan required a three story steel braced frame as part of its lateral system.
