This new three-story 120,000 square foot parking garage will house onsite automobile storage for the dealership. The structural system utilized "spancrete" pre-cast concrete gravity floor system. The building's walls and exterior cladding were constructed of pre-cast concrete and tilt-up walls.
This four story, 250,000 square foot parking garage is located in South San Francisco. Structure includes several pre-cast concrete framing elements and tilt-up concrete walls. Total construction cost is approximately $25M.

Due to poor soil conditions and the high loads from the parking garage, the foundation system utilized ram aggregate piers to reduce settlement concerns. Working closely with the general contractor Hohbach-Lewin developed a cost-effective structural system that met the owner's budget/schedule constraints. Total construction cost was $20M.
